Initialy there is a phone screen, Once you pass the 1st round then they send you some IT tests to evaluate your strengths and if you are capable to use a computer. Later there are behavorial tests to see if you behavior aligns with their culture. In the end, i had a language assessment interview. Then they send you their offer if you get accepted

Hr round then assessment and last operations round this is the interview process the hr was very helpful and quick i got selected in one day only and next day was documentation and after 1 week joining
