I have applied through reference. after 2 weeks I got a call from TCS. I thought the call is for asking my availability as I didn't get any email from the company before and after the call but that call was kind of screen in round. as I was not prepared and facing some noise, I found some difficulty in answering questions on the phone. my performance was average and after that I didn't get any update so it was understood that I didn't get qualified for further rounds.

The process was easy and questions were mainly on basic .net related like ref vs out const vs read-only delegates etc and also some sql related questions on stored procedures and functions
