Entrevista
First, there was a national qualifier test which was held in my college itself. Then out of 500 students 250 were selected. The test contained English(fill in the blanks) section, apti, C mcq and 20 min coding question. The basis of selection from the 1st round was very unclear because there were people whose code ran but were not selected and those whose code didn't run got selected.
The next round was interview at the TCS office. Questions related to C, java, final yr project etc were asked. Again, the selection criteria was quiet weird as the people who said their interview went really bad got selected and the ones who said their interview went well were not selected. So, I think TCS selection system is a very faulty one as many bright students didn't get selected and were heartbroken as TCS is the only mass recruiter we have.

Telephonic interview, people were very helpful and kind, they met my expectaion, i really enjoyed to interviewd here, they asked me about my social and hard skills, my team lead skills which i answerd confidently

Entrevista
It was very bad. I think they require some brilliant people to hire, but taking the apti and interviews for poor people like us. If they have such requirement, they must ask for min of 9 CGPA people, not like from 6 CGPA.
