First had a phone call with HR and she asked a few questions and then a FaceTime call with the CEO for about 25 minutes. They were very friendly and seemed interested. Said I would know by the end of day about their decision and then never heard back from them again. I tried reaching out and also did not receive any response. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate as job seekers don’t have time to be left confused. A simple rejection would have been great.

Entrevista
It was straightforward and informative. Spoke with the owner and he was transparent about his goals and plans with the business. This is a straight up sales job and you are selling products for companies they acquired as clients. Essentially the business model is to drive growth and increase sales for their clients. You will be selling at a stand at big box stores. Maybe not the most flashy sales job but at the end of the day it is a great opportunity to grow some real-life sales experience. Do not knock the opportunity. You can make money, and if you lack experience but you got time, I encourage you to try and see if you can excel in the field of sales. I did not accept the job because I am looking for something that better fits my experience. I have a Masters and ran my own business for 10 years.

It was very simple with very little questions about myself which was quite odd to me. I thought the process would be more interactive but was mainly them just telling me more about the company.
