You can't produce production ready code in 2 hours, at least not for what they were asking for. This was not a fully assessing my technical abilities, merrily how much of my weekend I was willing/able to scarface to impress you. I am a mother so don't have the luxury of time in this way. Thus this is another example of how women in tech get pushed out. A great technical test I had not long afterwards (with another company) was when I was emailed the test at 9am and told to submit the solution by 11am. Needless to say I passed that one with flying colours
