The interview process with Techruiter.io was quick and to the point. The first step was a 15-minute phone interview with a recruiter who gave a brief intro to the company and the role. They asked me to share a bit about my background, focusing on my key skills like Java, Spring Boot.

Entrevista
The process consists of a 15 min chat through zoom/google meet. Where the interviewer asks general questions about relevant experience and personal interests to gauge for cultural fit. Stage 2 is in person where more than 1 member of the team has a sit down going through the specifics of past employment. They also test your ability to find specific people through linkedin recruiter, and learn and explain complex technical knowledge.
