Entrevista
2.5 months of applying, 4 interviews, only positive feedback at every step, then getting a "no" for being "overqualified" words from recruiter
Worst interview experience in my life, tons of time wasted, no concrete feedback as to why they didn't want to proceed, if they hired someone else, if they changed structure, if I wasn't a good fit and why
Be ready for your time not to be appreciated when applying

The company outsource the screening to an external firm who did a terrible job at it. The interviewer does not have any knowledge about the position, does not seems to care at all. She simply read from a script. Near the end of the interview, she abruptedly ended the interview without giving me any time to ask any questions about the company.

They ask canned questions such as: - My expectation of a working environment - My desired salary - Ask me to introduce myself

I applied online, and a week later was sent an online questionnaire asking about my idea work environment, experience, etc. About a week after that I was called by a member of HR asking me to come into the office for an interview. I felt really great about the interview- it seemed like they really liked me and that my experience was a fit for the position (in my opinion). I really liked the 2 people interviewing me and could definitely see myself working there. They told me a timeline, and that they wanted to have someone hired in 3 weeks which seemed really great.
I sent a thank you email that evening and another followup email a week later just checking in and asking if they needed any additional info from me.
Fast-forward a month later and I still have not received any response. I'm pretty disappointed since this seemed like a great team/company to work for. I think it's pretty unprofessional to stop responding to candidates, especially those you've brought in for an interview. As someone with a background in recruiting, I understand that things happen. But I would always let a candidate know if they were not going to continue on in the process.
