I absolutely hated this question because it seemed like the kind of question to make yourself look bad. I learned how to properly answer the question afterward of course but at the time I felt as if I did terrible. My advice to this kind of question would be to give details on a specific situation, how you approached the issues, where you made your mistakes, the outcome of the situation, and then to talk about what you learned making it a positive experience.
