Tell me about a tim ewhen you had mutiple things to do in a short period of time, what did you do.

I made a quick mental list of everything I had to get done and began to tackle every task from most to least important; without letting any distractions get in my way.

Review the tasks, timelines and available staff. Then focus on the most time sensitive tasks, and analyze the skill set of my team so I can better delegate tasks out. Then I would have follow up conversations with each team member to support them in their role.

Clear the mind and just do it.. start with the first one that is a quickly task and move on to the next you'll be amazed what you can do when you really ain't thinking about it

When that happen I relax little then think the posible way to make it do step by step and focus to finesh in time...

Overnight stocking during holiday season had crew set up Christmas displays plus make sure normal stock was was stocked in proper sections to plannograms or end caps or center aisle clean up pallets garbage from sales floor for store opening

Did the most complicated job first then everything after. Still managed to get everything done.
