I listened to the customer's request (unless language barrier existed) I offered solutions and when problem persisted, then I asked for help from coworker or supervisor. I tagged along with coworker or supervisor to learn the alternate solution. We assisted customer and asked if they had any questions. Customer was satisfied and showed their appreciation by...
