I gave a brief overview of prior working environments with smaller companies. I listed examples to demonstrate team work, a strong work ethic and openness to accepting a wide range of responsibilities. I described willingness to learn as evidenced by recent masters degree in SCM many years after receiving my undergraduate degree. Listed a couple of hobbies, training bird dogs and tying fishing flies and how they require attention to detail, consistency and patience.
