I did 2 phone interviews plus a 4.5 hour in person interview. I was interested in working there, but they would not give my job recruiter a straight answer as to whether or not they were going to hire me. When somebody takes a day off work to go to an interview, the hiring company should have the courtesy to say whether or not they are going to hire you.
