I applied and then the hiring manager emailed me asking for my availability for the current week. I got back to them promptly. There was no response for a few days. I followed up two days later and then they responded back the next day asking for available times now for the following week. The hiring manager set up a 30 minute phone screening with me. She gave me a call at the scheduled time and jumped right into it with her first and only question: “What did you do in your last position?” No introduction, no nothing. They sounded like they wanted to be doing anything EXCEPT be on this call. I answered and they had no follow up question. 5 minute call. She hangs up and I got an email today saying they wont be moving forward with me. I normally don’t write my interview experiences on here but this was the worst one I’ve ever gone through. Do better Tend!
