Entrevista
Two written assessments followed by two assessment days. I did not make it to the second assessment day which consists of further interviews, tests and a presentation. The first assessment day was very interesting, great insight into life at Teneo, very welcoming and friendly. Activities were challenging but fun and the group interview was more of a political debate than a formal interview. Overall I had a positive experience with the first assessment day but was incredibly let down by the lack of feedback available. A whole day was devoted to make it to the assessment centre, with expenses not covered. I would at least expect a basic formulaic feedback email with some basic feedback. When I emailed to inquire into the opportunity for feedback they were simply ignored which is disappointing.

CV submission followed by a task. The graduate recruiter was very helpful and provided feedback as to why I was not selected to be taken forward to the next stage.

Entrevista
Attended the first assessment day. Was an interesting experience which entailed the classic assessment day activities. Group interview and creative exercise were a bit bizarre. It felt rather disorganised considering there were 40 people and was a bit casual.
