I really liked the responsibilities and job description. I contacted the Manager online and sent my application. He contacted me and scheduled a phone call interview after 2 weeks (I was already notified about that). The phone call was about 30 mins long. The manager invited me to meet his team. I interview with the company after a career fair at my school. It seemed like a pretty good opportunity, but this company is a manufacturing company and I am interested in geotechnical design. I was interview by 3 people, one of them being a recent graduate. I couldn't really ask him about how he liked his job because his boss was present during the interview. I recently found out that the starting salary is $52,000. It is an average starting salary and it did not seem like there was much opportunity for career advancement.
