Phone interview, then a coding exam. I did the coding exam perfectly correct, but then the recruiter came out with an excuse that I failed, because the format of my answers was not the way she wanted.

was easy didn't ask much technical questions. but asked about check list itp and how i did inspection in previous experience. i was asked about all type of standards like VDE DIN ISO etc

- Then I had the phone call with a recruiter
- Recruiter sent home an assessment
- After the home assessment, there were 2 interviews with the project coordinators

Straightforward questions that you can basically google. Be prepared to have thoughtful, positive responses to the questions. They ask basic questions that basically speak upon why you chose Tesla. Do your research beforehand!
