45 min interview with basic beam bending, dynamics, harmonics questions. Find natural frequencies, where will deflection be greatest, strength of materials..
Personal questions include: tell me about yourself, what kind of software have you used
two rounds of interviews both extremely technical, one being your more usual technical questions for MDE, the other being open ended and more confusing to come up with a clear solution for.

Interview was multi-stage with direct hiring manager and recruiter. Questions focused on technical knowledge for materials and mechanics. Manager stressed a workaholic attitude and no work life balance. Had no interest in candidate only in technical knowledge.
