Slow. There were multiple parts including an exercise to test your experience managing data sets, along with a phone interview and in person interview. The interviewers were thorough and nice, but cannot stress enough that this process was incredibly slow.

The hiring manager Emailed questions 15 mins before interview, there were 3 people on the interview panel, followed by in-basket assignment to test data analysis and case criteria. The whole things took about and hour and 30 mins.

Questions are sent 15 min before interview. Most if not all interviews include an "in-basket exercise". Some hiring managers have the exercise before the interview to narrow down applicants. In my case, it was after. I would prefer the former. I was recommended for positions immediately after my interview twice. It was a lot of referring and running around for months with no result.
