Submitted my online application on Sep 22 and received email correspondence from a recruiter about their interest in my resume. I had a phone interview with the recruiter two days later. My application was sent to the hiring managers and I received information that I was chosen to interview for the position. I interviewed on a Friday and was emailed the following Sunday a congratulations letter of acceptance.

I have always been told that during an interview they can only ask questions based off the Job Posting which means that you can prepare ahead of time. If there is a topic on the job posting then be prepared to answer a question or two about it. If it was not in the job posting then you can rest assured. You're given 15 minutes to review the written questions and prepare for responses. Then you are called back into the interview location to begin the interview. the questions are asked, you respond, then you are able to ask any questions you might have for the interviewer. You will hear back from the interviewers within 2-3 weeks.
