It was very fast paced as the facility was opening soon. Each round was informative and allowed questions to be asked. Panel interview was performed online due to COVID. Questions asked were behavioral and was given ample time to communicate answer.

I interviewed with the hiring manager one day, and then, there were 2 panel interviews after the main interview. It's the hiring managers decision, but I believe they are required to interview 3 candidates.
