Applied through Indeed, someone emailed and set up back to back interviews for college students. 15 min hired on the spot because I had serving experience. Training process was very lengthy.

Have you ever been a server before, how well do you handle fast pace environment.
The interview was more conversational and getting to know you rather than test your knowledge about the company. The manager who interviewed me was very nice and relaxed! Don’t worry!

You apply online and wait a few days for a response, if you don't here anything after waiting you can call the store to ask about your application. They usually ask you simple questions such as prior work experience, flexibility, and why you would like to work there. I don't know if they still do this but they also ask, "What does integrity mean to you?" Everyone I know always got asked this question so it's best to be prepared to answer this question.
