I was first interviewed by the Leads manager, who was friendly but surprised me when I had to read their full sales script on the spot- like a mock sales call. That was a little awkward, but she was patient and helpful throughout. The next day they asked me to come in and interview with the Regional Manager, who was also nice and very easy to interview with. He emphasized his preference for hiring employees who have restaurant/service industry experience because the skillsets transfer well to this position.
