Had three interviews — one with recruiter, one with administrator, third was with athletic director. Took a long time to hear back. I found the questions revealed the job description was not accurate. This position was for admin responsibilities as well as operational tasks. But they asked me which sport I would be able to coach? Not an industry standard.
