It was a simple yet streamlined process. I submitted my resume and then had to do a brief candidate assessment quiz. Afterwards, I was contacted for an interview over Zoom. The interview was around 20 minutes.

Why do you want to get involved with The Borgen Project?
Pretty easy but have to raise $500 for the org which seemed a little strange. Other than that it wasn’t bad. Also made you take a quiz before interview. Quiz was mostly about the company and all the info was on thei website
The interview was really quick. It took me less than 15 minutes. Just some general question, like why did you apply for this position/ your strengths and weakness etc. The interview was not hard to pass.

It was wonderful, very comfortable and made me feel at ease. I was allowed to ask questions and they were very nice. They explained the position clearly and we’re very personable.
