It's an extremely long interview process with several steps and it's set up this way for the company to find out how committed you are. It starts with a conversation over the phone with a recruiter then there is a 15 minute skype interview that asks standard personality questions and why you think you would be a good fit for the Boston Beer Company. I made it to the next round where they flew me to Pittsburgh for a half hour in-person interview. It wasn't a difficult interview you just need to show enthusiasm and knowledge of the company. I was moved on to the next step which was a 9 hour "Ride With" day where I worked with a Brewery Rep - this was a great part of the process as it exposes you to exactly what you will do in this role. There was a 45 minute online follow up asking questions on what you learned. Then there was another phone conversation with the recruiter where I found out I needed to put together a 15 minute presentation and go to New York the following week to present it to a Division Director as well as a 45 minute interview while you're there. If I made it through to the next round I would have had to go to Boston for the final interview. I ended up removing myself from the interview process when they wanted me to go to New York because it was way too much of a time commitment. Basically if you start this interview process you need to be fully committed and convinced that this is what you want to do as it is a very, very long process.

The first process is a virtual interview, done over video, questions were given with 30 sec to read over then 2 minutes to respond, 3 questions total, practice round optional.
