Process took a little over three weeks with a recruiter contacting me for a phone interview saying I was a great fit for the job. Upon scheduling the interview via the recruiter’s calendar application, the recruiter forgot she had scheduled the phone interview with me, and proceeded to ask again. The phone interview consisted of average difficulty questions, but the recruiter seemed to be trying to prove she was more qualifed for her job than I was for the job posting. A month later, she informed me that I wasn’t qualified for the position.
