Interview for Co-Op was a series of phone interviews. Applicants were prescreened based off of resume and then underwent a first round phone interview with HR. Then went through a second round of phone interviews with the R&D team before receiving offer. Each interview was about 30-minutes to an hour. Similar questions were asked during both interviews.
