I went through a multi-step process in which they first inquired of my personal character and then as the interviews progressed, we worked more deeply into my professional fit in the organization. It also included two profile assessments which I really appreciated. Overall, this was one of the best interviews I had experienced because it wasn't just about me filing a position. They wanted to see that I would be a fit with the culture they had created and were continuing to improve upon.
