Entrevista
2 round interview process: round 1 - behavioral panel interview (2 interviewers), round 2 is a full day of 3 interviews all panel interviews and speakers - kickoff, 5 min presentation on past project, technical case study (coding), behavioral interview, and TECDP panel (current associates). There was also a Pre-Night for round 2 day.
Everyone was super helpful and supportive throughout the process.

Tell me about a time where your manager overruled you?
Interviewed in 2023. The first round was a quick screening interview with recruiters about background and knowledge of the company plus clarifying any details on the application. The second and final round was in-person onsite. They flew me out to the HQ that was closest to my location preference. The final round was multiple interviews throughout the day, from a behavioral and background interview to a technical interview, and then you were divided into a small group case study where you worked through an issue together with your fellow interviewees and finally presented your solutions to current TECDPs.

Entrevista
Phone screen with basic administrative questions, followed by virtual first round behavioral interview. Spoke with two interviewers: a Technology Manager and a TECDP Associate. Spoke for about an hour about my background, experiences, and any questions I had.

First round was standard behavioral with four STAR questions. Interviewers were very nice, but took a while to respond and ended up scheduling my interview the day before. Did not move on but chill experience
