My hiring process was many years ago. It isn't particularly relevant today. Nevertheless, it was fairly typical. I met with a number of potential managers and peers. The questions were behavioral in nature. I suspect that is the same. People want to know my current role responsibilities, how I was evaluated, and how I performed in certain situations. It's a fairly meat and potatoes approach.

I had fantastic interviews with four different members of the team. They fast tracked me to speak with thee people in one day after a solid first round interview. Each member of the team I spoke with had great feedback for me and even shared that they could see me as an asset to the team. Two weeks go by with numerous attempts to followup on my part…and I’ve been ghosted.
I was so excited for this opportunity and know I could have been a key contributor to the team. A process that started off so well ended horribly. Have some courtesy for future candidates next time and at least let them know if they weren’t selected.

Entrevista
I was referred by a friend and the process took about a month. A talent acquisition specialist called me for a very quick and informal interview. He walked me through general company info and the job description. He then setup another phone interview with one of the hiring managers who works in the Oakland office. This interview was an hour long, and the interviewer was genuinely interested in my experience and who I am outside of work. He asked a lot of situational/behavioral questions (this is how every interview went).
Most candidates are then moved onto interview in person at the Clorox headquarters in Oakland. I was remote, so they suggested a Skype interview. I had four 45-minute (round-robin style) interviews all with professionals that are directly relevant to the position (i.e., supervisors, directors, etc.). Every one was extremely warm, intelligent, and professional. I could tell that the people I spoke with sincerely like working at Clorox.

Entrevista
One phone interview, one in-person and one follow-up phone interview. Very straightforward. No trip-up questions. Know your skills and be prepared to discuss your weaknesses. Know your resume backwards and forward and do not try to embellish. The hiring managers are very knowledgeable in what you should know, so if it goes on your resume, be sure you can speak to it.
