Entrevista
The interview process was very simple. I first filled out an application online. I was contacted via email about a week later and was invited to attend a group meeting. The homework was the group meeting was to print out a product that you would benefit you and help you organize in area in your house. The rest off the interview consisted of several videos about the companies culture and selling technique. It was really just them asking you to respond to the videos that you saw. Three days after the interview, I was contacted via email to have a one on one interview. Again the questions were very simple. Just a reflection of what I thought about the group interview.

Submit Resume online. Recruiting store manager calls to schedule personal interview. It could likely be a small group of two or three candidates. If things go well, you will be called back for a one-on-one interview, followed by an offer.

Entrevista
first there was a group interview where you all sat in a circle and watched videos about the store. After, you went around to say what you noticed in the video. It was less about you and more about the store. Then, the second interview was individual and pretty standard as far as interviews go.

Entrevista
It was a really easy process that I enjoyed. Everything they do is well organized and hassle free, which made the whole hiring process a breeze. They like to use email and phone calls, so I got an email first with instructions on what I should do or bring before the interview. My interview was with a small group, we had a few ice breaker questions, and then went through reasons why this store would be right for us to work at. The interviewer was very nice and I enjoyed working with him.
