Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 meses. Fui entrevistado pela The Content Factory em nov. de 2014
Entrevista
I applied for the position over Craigslist, and heard back from them over the course of a few days. It's a small organization so I spoke directly with the head editor and CEO for most of the application process. I was asked to submit a few writing samples, which they liked.
Next, I had to submit a series of pitches for fictional companies to move onto the next round. I submitted another 2-3 blog writing samples for their actual clients (which was pretty far into the interview process) when they stopped responding to my emails.
I later contacted them a week or two later to find out that they had moved onto another person. Which was fine, but considering that the initially stated they would pay for my samples regardless of if I got the position - they did after I asked - I was somewhat annoyed by the lack of professionalism of abruptly not responding.
Overall, I enjoyed my short interview process with the company and would be interested in contacting them again if they decided they needed another short time writer.

No official interview questions, just a series of writing tests until they decide whether they want you or not.
