Contacted directly by hiring manager for the interview, was on Zoom, didn’t feel very formal. She asked very basic questions about my background and a few behavioral questions. Interview was set for 30 minutes, but it went by really quick!

Entrevista
One on one interview with the PI. Very straightforward. He asked about my experience and interests. He was a little standoffish and somewhat dismissive.
I got the job and worked there for several years. The environment was very political and the staff was not supportive.
After my experience, I would not recommend working here.

It started with a screening call with a Co-Investigator and a couple of more interviews with study leaders and eventually the department chair. This all took place remotely and was done either via phone or Zoom.

The process was smooth and friendly. It was more on understanding the scope of the work, the need to be aware that it is grant-based, and the performance requirements. It would have been a great workplace, but it was a temporary position.
