Initial interview via phone and then came in for 2nd interview. Met with about 5 people in the group 1:1. Had lunch with the division head to discuss the job and hiring process in detail. Standard interview with focus on my interests and future aspirations. Was on site essentially from early morning to mid-afternoone. Everyone was very nice.
