Well I applied to grad school while i was still in undergrad. i applied around November my senior year. By february, I was called in for an interview. The interview was basically me meeting with the various professors in our department. In the middle of the day I went to lunch with some of the professors, where the continued to ask me questions regarding my undergraduate research and my plans for research if I was to get an acceptance offer.

Easy for me. You got a good GPA and research experiences, easy to get into the program. But someone without one unique strength may find it hard to get in.

The interview is done online and is nothing hard. It asks you why you want to study with them and your interest in the programme, everyone is nice there and after you enrolled in the class, they provide you with support.

Recruitment day: morning sessions for working group introductions, student activities, course setup, Q and A for studying at Hopkins, living in Baltimore. Afternoon sessions for one on one meetings with professors about their research topics.
