The interview took place in a conference room at a local hotel. We waited outside a large room for our turn. Once inside, there were several tables spaced apart with a person at each table and a chair. We were each called to a table, had a 5 min interview where I was asked about my past experience and resume. Then I had a second interview at another table with another manager for another 5 minutes where he asked me questions about what I would do in a situation. This interview was unique in that they were opening a new keg location and were hiring a full staff.
