Entrevista
Straightforward and fair questions. It was a group interview with five people. Informal questions and not structured. Very comfortable with the pace of questions, the subject (of course focused on environmental issues), the personalities of those in the interview and just in general.

Lenghty process, vague questions and very little follow up. Difficult to get in as positions seem to be preasigned. It seemed to be just following along to comply with internal requirements.

standard application and then a 3 part interview. First interview was with two individuals and interview three and four were each with a panel. I did not get the position but felt position about the experience and everyone I met with.
