I was flown in and given a hotel for one night. I gave a scientific presentation relating my work to conservation issues. Then I had two panel interviews consisting of the management at that particular office. The questions were not unusual for a science-based position, but I had to justify how my reserach experience would help in a conservation context. I had prepared using the book "the 60 Second Sell", and it helped.
