Interviewed before a panel and I was asked many great questions. The panel was made up of what is now my 3 superiors and the HR Director. Each panel member asked me a series of questions to which I answered. Then they asked me if i had any questions to which they answered. I was warned about having to possibly work long hours and some weekend, which was nice.
