Fair process and good comms all around. Applied via email (a rarity these days) and was called for the first interview with the HR Manager before end of application window. The overall process was HR Manager chat -> Head of department interview -> Case study to present with same head of dept and peer -> in-person, in-office chat with head of dept and COO.

HR Manager: past experience and how I handle conflicting priorities
Head of department: lots of detailed questions about past experiences, products/projects I led, and how they apply to publishing and media
COO: lots of detailed questions about my past experiences, how I work, what I value in product delivery (e.g. do you seek perfection or good enough and then iterate, etc.).
