Vitamin Shoppe has a lot of steps to go through in order to get hired. After applying online, I was called to interview at the area training managers store and they used the wrong interview guide. I applied for the assistant store managers position and they interviewed me for a regular full time employee. After that I interviewed with the district manager and they used the correct interview guide. However, I still needed to do a third interview with the store manager for which I would be working with. After the three interviews the district manager told me they only like to hire management from within the company.

Entrevista
Applied online on July 16th, received a call on July 30th requesting a phone interview. Scheduled phone interview for July 31. After interview i was asked to come in to the store to meet with store managers at a career fair. I was asked my rate of pay and they accepted.

Entrevista
Was called on the phone a week after I applied online. The first interview was with the store manager then a second interview with the regional manager. Asked basic questions but then the regional manager informed me that assistant store managers have to start out as key holders, then when they prove themselves they are promoted to assistant store managers.
