Entrevista
Interview process was confusing. First and second interview were both the same for the most part. First was a Skype meeting with lots of questions. Second I meet with two people then four more via Skype. I was asked for references then was rejected via email the next day. Don’t understand why ask for references then don’t contact the references.

Questions were behavioral in nature. How would one react in a situation. I asked one question at end of each interview about any concerns about ability to do job each time was told no first time. Asked again in second meeting group sat stoned face and wouldn’t answer at least those on Skype. Told in person no concerns. Felt minds were already made up before meeting.
