Facilitating a game with the people interviewing me.
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa The Y (YMCA) (Porter Ranch, CA).
Entrevista
Casual conversation. Met with the manager and had normal conversation about past experiences, education, etc. Then discussed the role and what it entailed, which involved a basic overview of day to day activities, curriculum, discipline, and communication with other staff both with the Y and the school sites.
