Over the course of a month and a half, I had to ask the interviewer for updates all along the way. Truly cannot believe how unprofessional the entire process was. I would ask for an update and they couldn't give me one. I heard "we're making a decision by the end of the week" 3 different times. The end of the week would come and I wouldn't hear an update, so I would email and every "update" was another "we're still trying to decide, sorry!" I'm furious about the sheer lack of respect for candidates. At one point, they told me I was among their top candidates, but dragged me along for another 3 weeks. If I'm respecting a company's time, I expect them to show me the same respect, which was not the case with this company.
