Brief, to the point. Efficient. Friendly. Helpful in answering questions. There was clear direction about the job responsibilities and interaction between groups. There was candid discussion of challenges. The people were friendly to review tasks with. The personnel that were off site were helpful even over the phone during the on site interview. Questions that did not get answered were followed up on after the interview by people that I interviewed with

Missleading, inaccurate, not realistic. promised everything and delivered nothing. Very sad I was so hopeful and happy to try and have a career there but it was a was of time and so much stress.

It was a terrible interview process. Made me do several rounds of interviews with a constant rotation of recruiters. Incredibly unprofessional with no updates for months. Only decided to close my application when I followed up. One of the interviewers was also incredibly negative about his experience at Thermofisher Scientific, often commenting, "people here aren't future-forward thinking".
This is bureaucracy at its finest, and I would recommend anyone applying to Thermofisher Scientific to have a 10-foot pole distance from them. They will make you go through a roller coaster for nothing.

Phone screen with the recruiter, then a video call, followed by an on site panel interview. The panel interview had 5 different people in 30 minute blocks, with potential coworkers and HR.
