Applied online. About 1 month later I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview. At the end of the phone interview I was scheduled another phone interview with 2 managers for the following week. After the phone interview I waited about a few days and was scheduled for an onsite interview. This was a 3.5 interview with a presentation on a given topic. The offer was given verbally the following day.

La entrevista fue cordial y sin problemas, pero lo decepcionante fue no recibir ninguna respuesta, pese a que mencionaron su intención de continuar con una segunda entrevista. Falta de comunicación.

It took them many weeks to arrange an interview, then kept postponing it. After the interview, they said they would get back to me in a week, but they never did. It's been two months. The interview was with a supervisor and a manager. I won't be applying here anymore.

I first applied via the website after my friend, who already works for the company, sent me the job description. I had two interviews: the first one was with the HR, it was very quick and not scientific interview. The second one was with my future manager and my future colleague and was more skills and science-related interview. I had an offer only few days after.
