The initial interview with the recruiter Tia Jolivet went great. She was great and offered a lot of insight about the role. Unfortunately, after asking for my availability for a second interview, she ghosted me. I followed up afterward and never received a response. I understand being inundated with potential interviewees, but disappearing after offering another interview isn’t fair.

The recruiter was kind, direct and significantly more transparent than most I’ve encountered, so I greatly appreciated that. The interview process was straightforward until I was asked to interview with an exec who hadn’t yet began working at the company. Their understanding of the role was limited, so I question how that conversation impacted my candidacy. However the process was positive overall, despite not receiving an offer.
