The company’s Human Resources person contacted me to schedule an initial 30-minute screening interview. They were courteous and professional, outlined the interview process clearly, and answered the questions I had. I was invited to interview with the design director and another designer on the team. This interview was an hour long video meeting and somewhat informal. After introductions, they asked me to share my background and experience with them, and then answered questions I had about the company and its processes.

I received notification that ThinkShout wanted me to do a phone screening. The scheduling of the interview on "Calendly" was sent with the wrong week for selecting a time slot. I met with a person that wouldn't work with me on any level. Not sure why, I would think an HR person or the Director of Design would have been a better fit for conversation about the position. The interview didn't go that well. We didn't vibe and I felt rushed like the other Glassdoor review mentioned. If you don't have time to interview people with the appropriate people, don't waste our time. Not a pleasant experience. He said he would follow up at the end of the month with an answer. The end of the month came and went so I had to follow up with them which I had a feeling was a "no".
