Structured interview, mostly personality based questions and current work experience. Last round with VP was a little difficult as she was more into close ended questions, yes or no and why.

It was easy, the interviewer was friendly and free. It was an initial call with the recruiter and after succeeding the first stage, I then moved on the second stage which also not a difficult experience.
