I got contacted fast, strangely by a phone call. We arranged an HR interview where I got asked a lot of interesting psychological questions which could have covered lots of details regarding the upcoming decisions however they didn't. The recruiter sent me a test where a candidate has to answer both .net related and psychological questions. Tests were crafted a "find a typo in the piece of code" manner. There was a lot of reading materials for which given little time to answer. There was 4 pages of psychological questions, all of the pages contained the same questions in reordered words. I didn't manage to answer all the questions as time was up. I got invited to the tech interview stage though. During the interview we interestingly covered backend dev relevant questions, however be prepared to talk about why you need to change your job question convincingly (worse if you already left). I got invited to the top management interview where again we covered l
A lot of psychological questions, questions related to God and time machines. Again be prepared to answer why are you leaving you job and again worse if you already did. During the whole process they raised hopes and they were not sure why someone wanted to relocate to Cyprus or why this person was going to change the job.
Waste of time and what's more important, energy.

After applying for 3 months for the specific position with a 5 year experience as a full stack developer position with expertise in .NET, we talked with the HR for an interview, short HR related questions. After passing they sent me a technical test in TestGorilla related to the technologies they use, I managed to pass that as well with a relatively good score then we did a technical interview with the Software Developer Manager and the Backend Team Lead where they wanted to learn more about my past experience and the technologies i used. They probably deemed me fit for the position since we moved to the 4th and last interview with the board of directors where we talked they got to know me and my past experience. Unfortunately, the board of directors didn't find i was in a position to receive an offer and got declined. What a waste of 2 weeks...
